Bee Maids is committed to the safety and well being of our clients and our staff, for this reason Beginning March 25th and in adherence to the Stay Home – WorkSafe Order that has been issued for Houston and Harris County residents we are working closely with other area fellow cleaning professionals regarding safe practices during this pandemic.
In addition to the measures that we have already put in place we have adopted the following:
We will practice social distancing in our office as well as in your home or place of business.
Starting at 8:00 a.m. Cleaning techs will arrive at the office in 10 minute difference with each other to pick up supplies and equipment to comply with social distancing.
One cleaning tech per car. So mostly solo cleans.
If your home is 3000 Sq. Ft. and up, our cleaning techs will meet at your home and stay 6 feet apart during the entire cleaning process.
We are already wearing a disposable gloves and we will providing shoe covers beginning 03/25/2020
Please be advised that arrival times during this outbreak are not guaranteed since we have to adjust to our new solo procedures.
We don’t have a cancellation penalty in place if you cancel within 72 hours of your appointment but if we arrive at your home and we are locked out, we will have to charge a $100 lock-out fee to cover our cleaning techs expenses.
